This Privacy Policy explains how Network Advisors (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit networkadvisors.com or interact with our connectivity, cloud hosting, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”).
It applies to information collected in the United States. We primarily serve customers in the Midwest and do not market our Services outside the U.S.

  • Provide the Services – set up circuits, host workloads, route traffic, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Operate & secure our network – monitor performance, detect fraud or abuse, mitigate DDoS attacks, and ensure service quality.

  • Bill & collect payment – generate invoices, process transactions, and handle collections.

  • Respond to inquiries – deliver quotes, handle support tickets, and provide status notifications.

  • Improve products – analyze aggregated usage to optimize capacity and develop new offerings.

  • Market responsibly – send newsletters or product updates you opt-in to receive (you may unsubscribe anytime).

  • Comply with law – satisfy legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Data retention

  • Customer account records – retained for the life of the account plus up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

  • Network logs – typically 12 months, unless needed longer for security or legal reasons.

  • Marketing lists – until you opt out or after 18 months of inactivity.

On expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as TLS encryption, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, 24/7 monitoring, intrusion detection, and regular vulnerability scans. While no system is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data using industry best practices.

Your choices & rights (U.S.)

  • Opt-out of marketing – click “unsubscribe” in any email or contact us.

  • Access / Correction – request a copy of or changes to your personal data.

  • Deletion – ask us to erase data we are not legally required to keep.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA) residents – you may request to know, delete, or opt-out of any “sale” of personal information (we do not sell your data).

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.
