It applies to information collected in the United States. We primarily serve customers in the Midwest and do not market our Services outside the U.S.

Customer account records – retained for the life of the account plus up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
Network logs – typically 12 months, unless needed longer for security or legal reasons.
Marketing lists – until you opt out or after 18 months of inactivity.

On expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.
